Largest Kidney Tumor Ever (Picture)? Normal vs Abnormal Comparison

A reader alerted me to this CT slice showing a patient of theirs with the largest kidney tumor they had ever seen.  As the commenter stated below, larger kidney tumors exist.  But this one is pretty impressive pathology none the less.  I have placed some overlay text on the image to help the lay person identify which kidney is normal and which kidney is abnormal.   I'm not sure what type this specific tumor was.  Many kidney tumors are renal cell carcinomas.  Many require surgery with a radical nephrectomy.  Some require additional chemotherapy or radiation.  Either way, this one's pretty big by any standard.
